A Bhubaneswar-based IoT startup, Phoenix Robotix Pvt. Ltd, has partnered with a Singapore company HNI investors to raise a fund of $700,000 to develop the business activities in the state.

National Institute of Technology Rourkela Alumnus Amiya Kumar Samantaray founded Phoenix Robotix Pvt. Ltd. in 2015. The startup is helping the equipment manufacturers to adapt to the digital transformation.

Phoenix Robotix provides solution for the Information Technology/Operational Technology integrations with the help of advanced Wireless Sensor Network, Artificial Intelligence platform DATOMS and Machine Learning. The framework designed by the startup aims to simplify the technology adoption process for the manufacturers.

The manufacturers can take decisions on the basis of data to improve the operational inefficiencies. They can also get rid of the legacy systems and leverage the cloud platform provided by DATOMS. The idea of Phoenix Robotix is to make sustainable business models that could work well in the technology enabled future.

Phoenix Robotix believes that the time after COVID-19 will see a boost in connected machines. The company has added its vision to the belief as it aims to to connect 1 crore machines by 2025.

Akanksha Priyadarshini, Asish Sahoo, Kishan Patel, Manoranjan Mohapatra and Nataraj Sahoo are among the core team members of Phoenix Robotix.
