Apple has finally launched its first online store in India, thus offering a host of services to the customers. The online store will have services such as trade-in exchange offers, counselling sessions, product customisations and more.

All the products are available in the store including the recent ones like iPads and Apple Watch Series 6 and Watch SE. EMIs and financing options along with various payment modes are also available. Trade-in service is also available for easy exchange of any eligible smartphone.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, there will be no cash on delivery service for now. However, the service will begin as soon as the situation normalises. Apple confirmed that all the deliveries will be done in a contactless manner.

For logistics, Apple has collaborated with Blue Dart. To begin with, the company will make its products and services available to around 13,000 PIN codes across the country.

After purchasing the product, one can book a 30-minute free counselling session with the experts during which they can get their queries answered. Besides the session, the experts will also help customers to choose the right product.

Students are being given a special discount amid the pandemic. Students can purchase Mac or iPad models at a discounted price. They can even avail discounts on accessories and the extended warranty period, AppleCare+. These discounts are available only for the current and newly accepted university students, their parents, lecturers and staff.
