Time- 30 minutes
Ingredients
3 cups wheat flour/ atta
1 cup clarified butter/ ghee
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon green cardamom powder
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
Procedure
Heat pan, add the ghee
Once the ghee is hot, add the wheat flour
Roast the wheat flour for 10 minutes or till golden brown
Add the sugar; mix well till the mixture comes together
Add the green cardamom powder and black pepper powder
Mix well
Add the granulated sugar, give it a good mix and turn off the stove
Allow the mixture to cool a bit but make sure it is still warm else the laddoos will not bind together
Roll into small balls (grease your palm with ghee if required)
Note 1: Adding slightly more ghee than required helps store the laddoos for a longer period as ghee increases shelf life
Note 2: You can increase/decrease the sugar as per your preference
